Day Plan
1.25 hours of ice time in the morning
1.5 hours off ice session
30-45 minute lunch
1.25 hours of ice time in the afternoon
30 minute cool down
30 minute classroom/video session/ nutrition
Skills Instruction
Shooting (Wrist, Snap, Slap, Backhand)
Passing (Performing, Receiving)
Skating (Proper Technique in Backwards, Acceleration, Forwards, Pivots etc)
Checking Skills (Peewee and up)
Hockey Rules
Off Ice
Our off ice training includes a mixture of core training, endurance and having some good old fun.

Plyometrics programs

At Top Shelf Hockey Training we know going into peewee is a tough stage in a young players career, to make it a little bit easier we offer an hour and a half on ice session instructing the proper way to give and take a clean hit.
Conditioning Camps
